Long is currently an executive at Rendr, a physician group based in NYC, serving the Asian community, where he directs the transition to value-based care through financial and operational analytics to create effective risk coding and utilization management. He has over 20 years of experience working with various integrated multi-specialty Medical Groups, such as ChenMed, a national leading primary care medical group managing Medicare Advantage members, and Kaiser Permanente (KP), an national integrated care model that combines the Health Plan, Medical Group, and Hospital services. Using his extensive knowledge of value-based care, Long enabled the KP Mid-Atlantic Region to grow from 485,000 members to 775,000 members while achieving 5 stars across all product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial). Long graduated Phi Beta Kappa of from Wesleyan University, CT with a BA in Biology and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.
