Jake is a Senior Associate at Kain Capital. Before joining Kain he was an investment banking analyst at Mizuho, where he covered Private Equity clients and executed acquisition financing transactions. He was involved in conducting due diligence to advise Private Equity clients on potential investments based on company and industry fundamentals, financial modeling and financing solutions with the goal of providing acquisition financing on LBO and M&A transactions. Jake earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
