Solomon Eskinazi serves as the General Counsel of Kain Capital, where he plays a pivotal role in legal affairs and strategic initiatives.  Solomon’s relationship with Kain began in 2020 when he became General Counsel and EVP Strategy and Corporate Development of Excelsior Medical and spearheaded Excelsior’s merger with Rendr, a Kain portfolio company.  Solomon previously led M&A transactions for a number of top private equity firms while at Kirkland & Ellis and provided general counsel services to early-stage healthcare and technology companies while at Cooley.  Before becoming an attorney, Solomon spent time in finance and consulting at firms including Goldman Sachs and Bain.  Solomon holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, an MBA from Wharton, and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia
